A 62-year-old man has been reported missing from his west Forsyth home.

Charles Paul Gillette was last seen at his Elmhurst Lane house on Monday morning when his wife left for work, according to a release from the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office.

Gillette was gone when she returned home in the evening, but his car and cell phone were still there, the release states.

He has no other family in the area and no major medical issues, aside from becoming disoriented in the past when his calcium level is low.

Maj. Rick Doyle said detectives have been trying to track him since Monday night.

“So far we have not found any evidence of foul play,” Doyle said.

Gillette is about 5 feet and 2 inches tall and 140 pounds.

Anyone with information is asked to call Inv. Mike Christian at (404) 925-6845 or the sheriff’s office dispatch center at (770) 781-3087.
