A sudden vehicle fire started in a West Forsyth High School parking lot on Tuesday evening during the county track championship meet.

The vehicle was empty when the fire began at approximately 7 p.m., according to a witness, and there were no injuries. 

The fire spread to a nearby vehicle, according to the witness, before Forsyth County Fire Department crew extinguished it.
