Laughinghouse re-elected chair

The Forsyth County commission started the new year with some housekeeping and rule changes. Among the actions taken at Thursday night's meeting: * Charles Laughinghouse was elected chairman for a fourth term. Jim Harrell will continue as vice chairman.
