Rising senior basketball standout Dakota Holtzclaw is transferring to North Forsyth.

The Horizon Christian Academy junior and top-20 prospect in Georgia made the announcement Monday on Twitter.

Ranked as the No. 17 prospect in Georgia in the Class of 2015 by 247Sports.com, Holtzclaw is sure to be an instant impact player for the Raiders, who went 1-25 this past season.

A 6-foot-5, 215-pound guard, Holtzclaw averaged 23.3 points, 5.3 rebounds and 3.6 assists per game this past season to help the Warriors win the Georgia Independent Christian Athletic Association championship.
