Settles Bridge Elementary School hosting Milestones practice exams for students

With the end of the school year in Forsyth County and Georgia comes standardized testing, and a free practice test will be administered at an elementary school in south Forsyth.

Prep tests for the math portion of Georgia Milestones is set for March 18 at Settles Bridge Elementary School and is open to students in grades 3-8.

Parents may donate voluntarily to the school on James Burgess Road, which is providing the venue free of cost to keep the tests free for students.

Mathus Academy is organizing and administering the prep tests and will also have them available online at

“These onsite and online prep tests will provide invaluable practice for the children before the actual Georgia Milestones tests that will be conducted at Georgia public schools in April,” said Ram Yeleti, Atlanta-based founder of the company.

Mathus will also conduct tests for to help students sharpen their critical thinking skills in preparation for the test.
