CUMMING — Authorities say a 42-year-old Lawrenceville man died Thursday night when the scooter he was riding collided with a pickup truck at one of Forsyth County’s busiest intersections.

The collision occurred about 6 p.m. at Hwy. 20 and Ronald Reagan Boulevard.

According to the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office, Eric Scott Wolff was heading west on Hwy. 20 when he attempted to turn left onto Ronald Reagan. His Shanghai Shenke was struck by an eastbound 1984 Ford pickup.

Wolff was taken to Northside Hospital-Forsyth, where he was pronounced dead.
