SURVEY: 6 months later, how is the pandemic still impacting you?
On March 16, the first case of COVID-19, the disease caused by the novel coronavirus, was reported from Forsyth County by the Georgia Department of Public Health. Since then, just about every part of the community -- from people and government institutions, to businesses and schools -- has been impacted by the pandemic.

Nearly six months have passed since that first case, and we want to explore how the lives of Forsyth County residents have been shaped by this moment. Have you experienced the loss of a job or a loved one? Did the pandemic spark a lifestyle change or shift your mindset on life? We are interested in hearing all the ways the pandemic has impacted you, big or small.
