CUMMING -- Boy Scout Troop 39 of Cumming, which is sponsored by VFW Post 9143, held its Court of Honor on August 28 at Sawnee Mountain Preserve. Pictured are four Scouts who achieved the rank of Eagle during this past year: Ryan Pekari, Nathan Stevens, David Kelly and Josh Allen.
