Breakdown snarls work commute

Forsyth County News

Ga. 400 commuters who were late to work Tuesday morning may want to show this to their employers.

Forsyth County Sheriff’s Capt. Frank Huggins said southbound traffic on Ga. 400 at Hwy. 20 was delayed more than an hour after a tractor-trailer broke down.

The breakdown, which occurred about 8 a.m., primarily affected one lane of traffic.

But Huggins said both lanes were closed at one point to allow for the tractor-trailer to be towed.

No injuries were reported in the incident.
