Forsyth County’s procurement director was recently honored as manager of the year by the Georgia Chapter of the National Institute of Governmental Purchasing.
This is the second time in a row that Donna Kukarola received the honor from the organization, a nonprofit providing support to professionals in the public sector purchasing profession.
At a recent meeting of the county commission, Chairman Pete Amos praised Kukarola for her “outstanding work in the field of procurement.”
“The extensive knowledge and work ethic required to receive the manager of the year award is quite commendable,” he said.
