The law firm of Banks & Stubbs in Cumming has announced that Daisy D. Weeks recently completed the 10th annual Bill Daniel Trial Advocacy Program.
The program is an intensive three-day effort with simulated scenarios and exercises in many areas of a trial practice.
Sponsored by the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, it was held at the University of Georgia Center for Continuing Education in Athens.
Candidates must apply, with enrollment limited to 30 participants each year.
A graduate of Florida State University and the University of Georgia Law School, Weeks practices both civil and criminal litigation.
Prior to joining the firm of Banks and Stubbs, she served as staff attorney to Forsyth County Superior Court Judge David L. Dickinson.
