Families are invited to celebrate the arrival of Santa Claus on Saturday at The Avenue Forsyth.
The outdoor shopping center in south Forsyth is holding a celebration and tree lighting from 3 to 6 p.m.
The South Forsyth High School marching band will lead Santa’s arrival parade.
The event will also feature horse-drawn carriage rides, face painting, a balloon artist, stories with Mrs. Claus and crafts.
Carriage rides and photos with Santa will continue from 1 to 5 p.m. every Saturday until Christmas.
The line to see Santa closes at 4:40 p.m.
The Avenue Forsyth is at 410 Peachtree Parkway.
