SOUTH FORSYTH — Emergency personnel confirmed the body of a man was found Friday morning in a neighborhood pool on Lakeheath Drive off Brookwood Road in south Forsyth.

According to Forsyth County Fire Division Chief Jason Shivers, the man — whose name has not been released — died of apparent drowning and was found about 10:45 a.m.

Forsyth County Sheriff’s investigators are looking into the incident. According to the agency, foul play is not suspected and there was no threat to the public.
