Cumming man arrested after $25K in drugs found

CUMMING — A Cumming man has been charged with trafficking methamphetamine in Oakwood after investigators found a suspected 250 grams of the substance Monday.

The Multi-Agency Narcotics Squad arrested Barry Jon Susser-Damms, 39, as a result of an investigation involving the Hall County Sheriff’s Office.

Authorities said they found 250 grams in four separate containers, as well as digital scales and high-grade marijuana in the Cumming man’s possession on Frontage Road. Susser-Damms’ car was also seized.

The estimated street value of the drugs is $25,000.

Susser-Damms was charged with possession and intent to distribute marijuana and methamphetamine in addition to the methamphetamine trafficking charge.
