Elderly man missing from Forsyth County has been found

*UPDATE (3:10 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 18): Cates has been locatde by law enforcement in Henry County and reunited with his family, according to Forsyth County Sheriff's Cpl. Pete Sabella.

CUMMING -- (11:58 p.m., Monday, Oct. 17) The Forsyth County Sheriff's Office issued a Mattie's Call late Monday night, asking that anyone who may have seen Clifford Reese Cates, who goes by the name Pete, age 89, of Cumming, to contact them.

Cates, who lives on Pine Tree Close, which is located between Buford Dam Road and Buford Highway in the area of the Lanier Golf Club, was last seen at his home at about 8:30 a.m on Monday, October 17.  

Cates may be driving a 2008 Chevrolet Malibu with Georgia tag BCU1446.  

Cates is described as 6'1" tall, 175lbs, with grey hair, wears glasses, and walks with a cane.
