HALL COUNTY - A Gainesville teen died this morning and three others remain in critical condition following a wreck with a man accused of driving under the influence of drugs.

Jonathan Flanagan, 22, of Dahlonega was driving north on Thompson Bridge Road/Ga. 60 near Price Road when he crossed the center line and struck a car carrying a woman and three teens, according to the Georgia State Patrol.

Cpl. Jonathan Munger reported Flanagan was driving too fast for conditions. He could not confirm which drugs Flanagan was under the influence of until a chemical test is performed.
