HALL COUNTY -- A Hall County man was charged with child exploitation after investigators found 200 sexually explicit videos and photographs of minor children in his possession, according to authorities.

Steven Lee Lindley, 28, was arrested Thursday and booked in to the Hall County Jail.

Hall County Sheriff’s Office Lt. Scott Ware said investigators searched Lindley’s computer tablet Aug. 2 based on information that “Lindley was downloading and sharing with others child pornography.”

“As a result of the search warrant, investigators located approximately 200 videos and photographs of minor children engaging in sexually explicit nudity and conduct,” Ware said in a news release.

Investigators took out a warrant Wednesday on Lindley before his arrest Thursday. He remains in jail.

Ware said the case remains under investigation.
