Also arrested that day was Josh Haddock, 18, who sheriff’s reports show was charged with 21 counts of entering auto.

Mitchell Gutierrez, 17, was arrested Oct. 28 and charged with one count of entering auto and one count of theft by receiving stolen property, according to the reports.

All three suspects have been released from the Forsyth County Detention Center on bond, a jail spokeswoman said.

Sheriff’s Investigator Martin White said the charges stem from vehicles being entered on four dates: July 31 in the Riverstone subdivision; Aug. 21 and Sept. 3 in the Green Summers subdivision; and Aug. 21 in the Lake Astoria neighborhood.

He said the vehicles that were targeted had been left unlocked, with valuables in plain view.

White said some of the property that was reported stolen turned up recently at a local used sporting goods store.
