NORTH FORSYTH — Mentor Me North Georgia is looking for men and women ages 14 and older who wish to share their talents with children.

“As part of the efforts to bring mentorship to kids in our schools, Mentor Me is starting a program at Chestatee Elementary that includes music,” said Sylvia Cardona, executive director of the organization.

The club will meet at the school, 6945 Keith Bridge Road in northeastern Forsyth County, from 3 to 4 p.m. on Fridays.

“We invite musicians and music lovers to join us,” Cardona said. “Guitarists, flutists and other musicians are needed.”

The program is part of Mentor Me’s continued support of children through its programs, which include Kick-it-up Clubs and community-based mentoring.
