HALL COUNTY - A former student on probation for making bomb threats was arrested Friday morning following a threat against the Hall County School District.

Destiny Kaila Sanchez, 19, of Murrayville, has been charged with terroristic threats and disruption of a public school following her arrest at approximately 3:30 a.m. at a home on Broadway Drive in Gainesville.

After being accused in 2017 of leaving notes about bombs and ISIS in a restroom at North Hall High School, Sanchez was sentenced in April to 12 months probation on a reduced charge of disorderly conduct, according to court records, 

She pleaded guilty and was sentenced under the First Offender Act, which allows a case to be discharged without conviction once the sentence is completed.
