The portion of the Big Creek Greenway that was closed for repairs has been reopened ahead of schedule, according to a county press release.  

The previously closed section was between mile marker 1.5 and 3.6, from the McFarland Parkway Trailhead to the Union Hill Road Trailhead, due to damage from storms this past weekend. 

Currently, all sections and trailheads are open.
