FORSYTH COUNTY — During its Jan. 15 meeting, the Forsyth commission proclaimed the day as the County Day of Optimism, recognizing the efforts of the Forsyth-Cumming and Sawnee-Cumming Optimist Clubs to help youth in the community. Joining the commissioners for the ceremony were members of both clubs.
