The city of Cumming was named the 19th-best city to live in in Georgia, according to ChamberofCommerce.org.

In order for a city to qualify, it had to have a population above 25,000 and enough data to analyze. 2,509 cities across the country met these requirements and were ranked.

To establish the best cities to live in, the Chamber of Commerce focused on five factors, according to their website: “employment (number of establishments, median earnings); housing (owner-occupied housing with a mortgage, monthly housing costs); quality of life (work commute, poverty levels); education (percentage with a bachelor’s degree or higher); and health (obesity ratios).”

The top five cities to live in were Roswell, Macon, Smyrna, Kennesaw, and Marietta, respectively.
