A 27-year-old man was hospitalized Wednesday morning after he fell about 30 feet at a construction site on Brumby Lane off Windermere Parkway.

The man, who authorities said was not wearing a helmet, complained of severe pain to his back and legs after falling off some scaffolding at the site of a new home in the James Creek subdivision.

The man, whose identity has not been released, was flown to Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta. His condition could not be determined.
