The family of Jeremy Shawn "Bongo" Carnes would like to take this opportunity to thank a few people for their kindness during our time of loss.

We express our greatest appreciation to Scott Huskins of Ingram's Funeral Home for his sympathetic handling of the funeral arrangements for Jeremy.

We would like to thank Patty Bennett of Sawnee View Gardens in helping us find the exact location for his final resting place and the kindness and patience she showed in helping us with this selection.

We express extreme gratitude to the Forsyth County Sheriff's Office and to the deputies who provided the motorcycle escort during the funeral procession from the chapel to the cemetery. You showed the greatest respect and honor to our loved one in this journey.

And, to those of you who may have been driving by that day and pulled over to pay your respects, we thank you also.

We would like to thank Trentha Shoemake of Coal Mountain Flowers for her compassion and understanding in taking our description of how we wanted the blanket of flowers and the family's floral spray to be made and turning it into a beautiful reality.

We would also like to thank the Rev. Greg Rawlins and the Rev. Eric Watson for their kind words spoken in our time of grief.

And last, but certainly not least, we would like to thank George Ingram. You have been such a blessing to this family. To all of you who may have sent flowers, food, cards or spoke kind words of Jeremy, we will never forget your thoughtfulness and sympathies.
