As a relative newcomer to the Cumming area, I was appalled at an overpowering smell last weekend. Has the source been determined?
With 30+ years as a real estate broker, it is my judgement that without abatement this condition will have a significant negative impact on home values. Cookouts on the deck? Forget it!
A humorous aside: As I was leaving the SunTrust bank on Freedom Parkway, I noticed that when the driver got out of the car next to me, he immediately picked up his foot to see what he had stepped in.
Is there any initiative afoot (pun intended) to determine the source and correction of this condition that must be affecting the entire Cumming community?
