Terry Crowder, Denmark's first head football coach, will be the next head football coach at King's Ridge Christian School.

Crowder announced his retirement from public schools earlier this month after two seasons at Denmark.

After being hired in 2017, Crowder led the Danes to a combined 12-8 record in two seasons. Denmark finished 7-3 in 2019 before a first-round playoff exit ended the Danes' season.

Crowder came to Forsyth County from Creekview, where he coached the Grizzlies for five seasons, compiling a 31-22 record. He went 60-40 in nine seasons at Chattahoochee and won a state championship.

King's Ridge went 1-9 last season, including a lopsided 55-0 loss to Pinecrest Academy. King's Ridge will remain in the same region as Pinecrest next season.
