Lacrosse: Lambert's Kane switches commitment to High Point University

Lambert junior Gerard Kane announced his commitment to play lacrosse for High Point University on Sunday.

Kane, an attack for the Longhorns' Class 6-7A state runner-up team last season, made his announcement on Twitter. Kane was previously committed to the University of Hartford.

Lambert has been a popular source of talent for High Point. Previous Longhorns players to sign with the Panthers include Adam Seal (2011), Braxton Roman (2012), Zack Price (2012) and Chris Price (2016).
