Lambert athletic director Drew Ferrer often begins National Signing Day ceremonies at the school by listing the combined accomplishments of the athletes being recognized.
Wednesday's group of 11 had combined on three state championships, three state runner-ups and nine region championships that helped the Longhorns win the last three Regions Director's Cups, all in the GHSA's highest classification.
There was Brandon Burt and Tyler Fox, seniors who helped the boys cross country team win their first state title in 2016 and finish second this past season. Burt signed with the University of South Carolina Upstate, while Fox, the Forsyth County News' Boys Cross Country Runner of the Year this past season, signed with Georgia.
There was Jack Hollis and Logan Steele, seniors who were a part of the boys lacrosse team that won a state title in 2016, was state runner-up last season and won area titles in 2015 and 2017. Hollis signed with Reinhardt University, while Steele signed with Rhodes College.
And there was Alisa Barr and M.E. Craven, seniors who led the girls soccer team to their first state title last season, a state runner-up finish in 2015 and two region titles. Barr signed with Georgia Southwestern State University, while Craven, the 2017 Forsyth County News' Girls Soccer Player of the Year, signed with Auburn.
Football players Justin Bruno and Bryce Christensen helped Lambert win its first region title and state playoff game in 2016. Bruno signed with the College of Holy Cross, while Christensen signed with Georgia Southern University.
Reilly Duerk, who signed with Reinhardt, was a first-team all-county defender on a Lambert girls lacrosse team that reached the state semifinals last season. Wyatt Dalton signed with South Georgia State College days after helping the Lambert boys swim and dive team place third at the state meet for the second straight season. Payton MacPherson, who signed with Limestone College, helped Lambert's baseball team win its fourth straight region championship last season.
