Five players scored in double figures as the North Forsyth girls basketball team finished the regular season with a record-setting 96-14 victory against Milton at home in a Region 5-7A game Friday.
Catherine Shope had a game-high 12 points for North (23-2, 10-0), while Lily Bales, Morgon Giordano and Caroline Martin scored 11 points apiece while Kate Perryman added 10 points.
The Raiders’ 96 team points set a new school record for most points scored in a single game and completed an undefeated run through the region.
Milton 60, North Forsyth 45
Preston Wiggins scored 11 points but it wasn’t enough as the Raiders dropped their final Region 5-7A game Friday at home.
Michael Ray Hyams added 10 points for North (6-18, 1-9).
