Former North Forsyth offensive lineman Jeremy James will compete as part of the U.S. Under-19 National Team against Team Tamaulipas of Mexico at International Bowl X on Jan. 18.

The game will take place at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, home of the Dallas Cowboys. It will be broadcast live online on ESPN3 beginning at 9 p.m., and then rebroadcast on ESPNU on Jan. 20. at 10 a.m.

The Under-19 National Team is run by USA Football, the U.S. Olympic Committee member organization dedicated to American football. This year’s team consists of 42 players from 15 states, with James being one of six players from Georgia. Other north Georgia players include Mays quarterback Jahquez Evans and Lassiter long snapper Mason Napper.

James, who signed with Ole Miss on Dec. 19, was the most heavily recruited Forsyth County prospect of this past season, and was the first football player in North Forsyth’s history to sign with an SEC school.
