Here are some of the top high school football performances from Forsyth County football players this past Friday.

THE BEST THREE

Sports editor Brian Paglia picks the three best performances from this past Friday.

Eli Huggins, West Forsyth: The junior defensive end had 10 tackles, five sacks, one tackle for loss and another quarterback pressure against Habersham Central.

Kiernen Hamilton, West Forsyth: The junior quarterback completed 14 of 19 passes for 285 yards and five touchdowns with no interceptions against Habersham Central.

Carson Holler, Pinecrest Academy: The junior caught three passes for 32 yards and a touchdown, completed a 52-yard pass, had an 81-yard punt return for a touchdown and made 15 tackles on defense against Trion.

Sean Bailey, Lambert: The senior offensive lineman had 11 pancake blocks against Alpharetta.

John Michael Booth, Horizon Christian: The junior rushed for 135 yards on 13 carries and caught two passes for 39 yards and a touchdown against Unity Christian.

Stone Brown, Pinecrest Academy: The freshman offensive guard graded out at 88 percent and made 5 1/2 pancake blocks against Trion.

Zach Burns, West Forsyth: The sophomore wide receiver caught five passes for 124 yards and two touchdowns against Habersham Central.

Jalen Camp, South Forsyth: The senior wide receiver caught three passes for 54 yards and a touchdown against North Forsyth.

Bryce Christensen, Lambert: The junior kicker went 3-for-3 on field goals of 28, 23 and 25 yards against Alpharetta.

Cedric Dorsey, Forsyth Central:  The senior defensive lineman had five tackles and a sack against Kell.

Daniel Durnwald, Horizon Christian: The junior rushed for 49 yards and a touchdown on 12 carries, caught a 25-yard touchdown pass and had five tackles on defense against Unity Christian.

Stanley Epeagba, South Forsyth: The senior running back rushed for 93 yards and two touchdowns on just six carries against North Forsyth.

Brian Flanigan, Pinecrest Academy: The senior center graded out at 80 percent and made two pancake blocks against Trion.

Jacob Grinstead, Horizon Academy: The junior quarterback completed 7 of 12 passes for 106 yards and a touchdown and rushed for 59 yards and two touchdowns on six carries on offense and had eight tackles and an interception on defense against Unity Christian.

Clint Hall, West Forsyth: The senior defensive lineman had seven tackles, three sacks, two tackles for loss and two more quarterback pressures against Habersham Central.

Tanner Hall, Lambert: The senior wide receiver caught five passes for 145 yards and a touchdown against Alpharetta.

Simon Holcomb, North Forsyth: The junior running back rushed for 75 yards on 11 carries and caught three passes for 24 yards against South Forsyth.

Justyn Jean-Felix: The senior linebacker had four tackles, 1 1/2 tackles for loss, one sack and one pass break-up on defense and caught four passes for 34 yards on offense against Alpharetta.

Bryce Jones, West Forsyth: The sophomore wide receiver caught four passes for 66 yards and a touchdown and was 7-for-7 on extra points and kicked a 33-yard field goal against Habersham Central.

Richie Kenney, Lambert: The junior quarterback completed 13 of 20 passes for 220 yards with no touchdown but also no interceptions against Alpharetta.

Ryan LaFlamme, South Forsyth: The sophomore defensive lineman had seven tackles and two tackles for loss against North Forsyth.

Tyler McLellan, South Forsyth: The junior offensive lineman graded out at 95 percent and had nine pancake blocks against North Forsyth.

Peter Oh, Horizon Christian: The sophomore defensive lineman had eight tackles against Unity Christian.

Sean O’Malley, South Forsyth: The junior free safety had eight tackles against North Forsyth.

Sam Outlaw, South Forsyth: The senior running back rushed for 166 yards and two touchdowns on 12 carries against North Forsyth.

Peter Nelson, Pinecrest Academy: The senior linebacker had nine tackles and forced a fumble against Trion.

Pierce Nufer, Forsyth Central: The senior linebacker had six tackles, one tackle for loss, one interception, one fumble recovery and a half sack on defense and averaged 45 yards on four punts against Kell.

Curtis Roach, South Forsyth: The senior free safety had nine tackles and one pass break-up against North Forsyth.

Austin Roper, West Forsyth: The senior linebacker had seven tackles, two tackles for loss and a safety against Habersham Central.

Davis Shanley, South Forsyth: The junior quarterback completed 12 of 18 passes for 149 yards and a touchdown and rushed for another touchdown against North Forsyth.

Max Slott, South Forsyth: The junior linebacker had 10 tackles and two tackles for loss against North Forsyth.

Hunter Stephens, Forsyth Central: The junior linebacker had eight tackles and a sack against Kell.

Grant Umberger, South Forsyth: The senior linebacker had seven tackles, one tackle for loss and a pass break-up against North Forsyth.

Jack Winkie, South Forsyth: The junior offensive lineman graded out at 90 percent and had eight pancake blocks against North Forsyth.

Garrison Winter, Pinecrest Academy: The junior offensive guard graded out at 85 percent and made 12 pancake blocks against Trion.
