Longhorns top Bulldogs to advance to state championship matchup
The Lambert girls tennis team beat North Gwinnett 3-0 on Monday to win in the state semifinals and advance to face Walton on the state finals on Saturday in Rome.
The Longhorns got wins in No. 2 singles, No. 1 doubles and No. 2 doubles, and No. 1 singles player Taylor Despriet was up a set when Lambert sealed the win.
