Roswell 61, Forsyth Central 46

ROSWELL – Morgan Day scored 17 points but the Bulldogs dropped a non-region game Tuesday on the road.

Ansley Carver added 11 points for Central, which led 40-39 going into the fourth quarter but couldn’t maintain the lead.

North Forsyth 54, Chestatee 38

GAINESVILLE – Catherine Shope scored 14 points as the Raiders earned a non-region victory Tuesday on the road.

North led by as much as 28 points in the third quarter.

Christian Heritage 57, Pinecrest Academy 42

DALTON – Regina Metz had 15 points but the Paladins dropped a non-region game Tuesday on the road.

Other scores: Cherokee 73, South Forsyth 39; Peachtree Ridge 55, West Forsyth 20

Boys basketball

Roswell 47, Forsyth Central 42

ROSWELL – Anthony Roveto scored 19 points as the Bulldogs dropped a non-region game Tuesday on the road.

Cherokee 60, South Forsyth 46

CANTON – Santhosh Saravanan scored 10 points but it wasn’t enough as the War Eagles dropped a non-region game Tuesday on the road.

Peachtree Ridge 63, West Forsyth 59

SUWANEE – Michael Zabetakis had 14 points and six assists but the Wolverines dropped a non-region game Tuesday on the road.

Broc Bidwell added 13 points for West, which overcame a 24-8 deficit after the first quarter to eventually take a 50-49 lead with four minutes left.

Joseph Staiti added 12 points.
