How you can participate in the 29th Annual Buck Jones Toy Run

Join other motorcyclists for the 29th Annual Buck Jones Memorial Toy Run. The event starts in Cumming and stops at Dawsonville City Hall and Dahlonega High School in Lumpkin County. Participants are asked to bring three toys for children, one for each leg of the event. Gift cards worth $10 are also appreciated.

The charity motorcycle event was named after Buck Jones, a former Cumming police chief who also worked for the Dawson County Sheriff’s Office, who passed away in 2010. Jones started the event in 1991.

When: 1 p.m., on Sunday, Nov. 22. Registration is at 11 a.m.

Where: Cumming Fairgrounds, at 235 Castleberry Road in Cumming
