Man arrested for trespassing, carrying weapon into local school

A Covington man has been arrested by Forsyth County authorities after allegedly trespassing on the grounds of a south Forsyth Montessori school carrying a set of brass knuckles.

According to incident report, from March 13, Lucky Benhur Huynh, a 22-year-old male from Covington was arrested by deputies from the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office at the Montessori Academy off of Old Atlanta Road in south Forsyth.

According to the report, an employee reported Huynh had allegedly entered the school and refused all requests for him to leave.

“At some point while being escorted, Lucky placed his foot in between the door to keep it from closing. He was escorted by two dads that were present at the time,” a deputy stated in the report.

The report stated that Huynh was located near the school and when he was searched for weapons by deputies, a set of brass knuckles were found on his person. He was arrested and charged with carrying a weapon without a license on school grounds and criminal trespass.

Huynh was taken to the Forsyth County Jail and as of press time he remains there without bond, due to a violation of parole.
