No one was injured in an early morning blaze Thursday at a northeastern Forsyth County home.
Forsyth County Fire Capt. Jason Shivers said the fire occurred about 2:11 a.m. at 9075 Martin Terrace off Waldrip Road.
Firefighters arrived within six minutes of being dispatched, he said, and about 50 percent of the structure was damaged.
“There is nothing to indicate this is suspicious,” he said.
Shivers said a 24-year-old and three children, ages 4, 6 and 16, got out of the home safely.
Their names have not been released.
Shivers said the house also had heavy water and smoke damage and may not be salvageable.
“There was heavy fire involvement in the roof and attic area,” Shivers said.
Firefighters cleared the scene just before 6 a.m., he said.
