Gas leak closes Kelly Mill Road

Kelly Mill Road was closed between Main and Tolbert streets for about an hour Monday due to a gas leak.

A construction crew reportedly struck a gas line about noon. Atlanta Gas Light was able to cap the leak shortly after 1 p.m.

The road has been reopened, but traffic is still restricted to one lane due to the construction work.
