As a parent of kids at South Forsyth High School, I hope the recent drug overdoses wake us all up.

I hope that the school board and administration get serious about keeping the drugs out.  I recently read the outline of the 5-year strategic plan and found no mention of the drug problem at our school. 

Shame on all of us for not taking the safety of our kids seriously.  What good does hiring good teachers do if the kids are stoned in the classroom?
