Authorities are investigating a robbery and fire reported Friday evening at a landscaping business in south Forsyth.

Forsyth County Fire Capt. Jason Shivers said no one was injured in the incident, which occurred about 5:30 p.m. Friday at Cruse Land Management Group on Bethelview Road.

The fire caused extensive damage to the interior of the small building, Shivers said.

Citing the ongoing investigation, Forsyth County Sheriff's officials declined to release specific details about the incident.

They did say, however, that a robbery had been reported and the suspect allegedly set the fire.
