CUMMING — A man accused of peeping into a women’s dressing room at a Cumming department store last weekend has been caught.

According to the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office, 38-year-old Randy William Wilson of Cleveland is being held without bond at the White County Detention Center in connection with the incident, as well as for violating his parole.

Forsyth County Sheriff’s Detective Tyler Sexton reportedly received a tip that Wilson was the man who looked under the door of a dressing room, occupied by a female customer, on March 29 at Belk in Lakeland Plaza.

According to the sheriff’s office, the tip came from someone who had spotted Wilson earlier this week in a store at the Dawsonville outlet mall.

Wilson tried to run from his home Thursday when detectives arrived, but was quickly taken into custody.

The sheriff’s office said Wilson admitted to being at the store and looking under a dressing room door. The clothes he was wearing during the Belk incident were taken as evidence.

In addition to two counts of peeping Tom, Wilson has been charged with violating parole.
