Forsyth County Schools announced Jordan Livermore will be the next principal of Cumming Elementary School, according to an announcement on the school district’s website.
Livermore replaces Lee Anne Rice, who is taking over as the assessment and accountability director with Forsyth County Schools from Beth Kieffer, who is retiring.
Livermore, who has been with the school district since 2004, previously spent time at Chestatee and Cumming elementary schools as an assistant principal. He also worked in various positions at Vickery Creek and Silver City elementary schools.
Livermore is the last principal appointment for the 2019-20 school year. Ben Jones and Mike Sloop were previously announced to lead Shiloh Point and Silver City elementary schools, respectively.
