I just read resurfacing on Hwy. 9 to begin this summer. Resurfacing!?!

What does Hwy. 9 need more, widening or resurfacing?  Widening! $1.9 million to do something that is not going to address the real problem for the sake of a few “new” stimulus (temporary) jobs is a waste of what used to be the taxpayers’ money.
