SOUTH FORSYTH — Authorities have confirmed the identity of a man whose body found Friday morning in a neighborhood pool on Lakeheath Drive off Brookwood Road.

Russell Theodore Williams, 20, was discovered in the water after having passed away from an undetermined cause the previous evening, according to Robin Regan, a spokesman with the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office.

His father lives in the neighborhood, Regan said, though it remains unclear where Williams resided.

Though the official cause of death is pending an autopsy with the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, Regan said no foul play is suspected and it is not believed other individuals were involved in the death.
