A Hall County man is accused of holding a woman against her will and breaking several bones with brass knuckles, according to authorities.

Timothy Craig Edge, 42, was arrested and charged Friday with aggravated battery and kidnapping.

Edge is accused of holding a woman June 30 “against her will and (assaulting) her with brass knuckles,” Lt. Scott Ware wrote in a news release.

“The victim suffered several broken bones,” Ware wrote.

Ware said one of Edge’s relatives took the victim to Northeast Georgia Medical Center, where she was treated for her injuries. The person that took the victim to the hospital is not a suspect, according to authorities.

Investigators sought warrants in the case and arrested Edge on Friday. He remains in the Hall County Jail.
