A boil water advisory that officials initially said could last a couple days for areas of Forsyth County off of Pilgrim Mill Road was lifted about 4:30 Saturday afternoon

The following areas were included in the advisory:

* Bald Ridge Circle

* Bay Circle

* Bay Court

* Clayburn Road

* Cherokee Trace

* Dean Court

* Forest Hill Drive

* Forest Hills Court

* Fowler Drive

* Fowler Trail

* Kims Point Road

* Lanier Lane

* Leaning Rock Place

* Pilgrim Mill Road (from 4346 to the end)

* Pine Circle

* Sunrise Lane

* White Oak Way

* Williams Shores Drive

* Young Deer Drive

According to an employee at the county treatment plant, a water main break about 12:30 p.m. Friday caused the water and sewer department to issue the advisory.

Communications Director Jodi Gardner says that water tests completed on Saturday indicate the water is now safe to drink without boiling.
