In the space where Norman’s Landing stood for almost 22 years, Forsyth County will soon welcome a nationally-recognized food franchise into the Peachtree Parkway business community.

Arby’s will host a grand opening Friday, March 1 for its new Forsyth County restaurant at 345 Peachtree Parkway in south Forsyth, officially opening its doors to the community at 10 a.m. and offering a free year of Arby’s food to the first 50 guests that show up.

“In addition, during the first month of opening the restaurant, we will donate the purchase price of every kids meal sold to Shiloh Point Elementary School as part of its Give Back Program,” a press release from the restaurant chain said.

The restaurant will employ 30 team members and be open from 10 a.m. to 12 a.m. Sunday through Thursday and 10 a.m. to 1 a.m. on Friday and Saturday, according to the release.

Previously, the location was the home of renowned local restaurant Norman’s Landing, which closed in 2017 after 22 years of business in the community.
