A car dealer review website recently awarded Lou Sobh Honda in Cumming a 2017 Consumer Satisfaction Award.
The dealership also received the 2017 Georgia Honda Dealer of the Year award.
DealerRater, a leading dealer review website, recognizes annually “auto dealerships that deliver outstanding customer service as rated by online consumer reviews.”
The site created the consumer satisfaction program in 2015 to give online car shoppers information on dealerships that provide high-quality customer service.
“Awards like this, whether its DealerRater or others, all those are indicative of the customer experience people are having when they come into our dealership,” Mike Sobh, co-owner of the dealership, said. “The award is really a scorecard of how we’re taking care of customers, which is the most important thing.
“We’re not in it to service a family’s car only once or twice; we’re trying to make great relationships, and we only have that one chance to make a first, second and third impression.”
The award is given to the top 10 percent of U.S. new-car dealers based on their PowerScore, which is calculated by an algorithm that “considers the dealership’s average DealerRater star rating as well as the total number of reviews written about the dealership during that calendar year,” its website says.
Lou Sobh has consistently achieved high scores on the website, making it one of the top dealerships nationwide.
“We pride ourselves in being consistent, Sobh said. “Consistency is key and we have very little turnover in employees, which helps with that. Consistency is our recipe for success, and we’ve got a great staff and the people that work here are what drive everything.”
DealerRater CEO Gary Tucker said it’s clear Lou Sobh offers excellent service.
“We’d like to congratulate Lou Sobh Honda and all of our Consumer Satisfaction Award winners,” Tucker said. “DealerRater’s extensive review database allows shoppers to identify dealerships that are providing excellent customer experiences, and it’s clear that Lou Sobh Honda is hitting the mark in the U.S.”
