Qualified applicants will be able to receive screening mammograms and other breast diagnostic services at Northside Hospital-Forsyth Outpatient Imaging, Northside-
Atlanta Breast Care Center, Women’s Imaging in Alpharetta and Northside/Holly Springs Imaging in Holly Springs.

To be eligible for the free services, applicants must qualify for financial assistance and live in one of 10 counties, including Forsyth, Cherokee, Fulton and Gwinnett.

In addition, women must be at least 35 years old, have no health insurance and provide a written order from her physician.
