The Cumming-Forsyth County Chamber of Commerce is set to recognize some of the county’s best businesses.

On Thursday, Feb. 7, the organization will host its 2019 Excellence in Business Awards Gala at the Forsyth Conference Center.

The annual event highlights successful local businesses that are making an impact in the community by generating job growth, stimulating economic development and participating in philanthropic efforts.

Finalists in the for-profit business category are MyOasis (aka EVOLUTION), Totally Running, Signature Total Car Care, Regal Maid, Bentley Media and Better Moonwalks.

Finalists in the nonprofit category are CASA of Forsyth County, Fill Ministries and Vibha.

Last year, Scientific Games was named the Business of the Year, while The Place of Forsyth County was named Non-Profit of the Year.

Those interested in attending can register at cummingforsythchamber.org. The cost for Chamber members is $45 and $55 for non-members.
